Reservations - Prices

All bookings made on Moschastudios are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read them before booking.

All prices are quoted in Euros and include 13% VAT and all applicable taxes, except for the accommodation tax, which is EUR 0.50 per night and we are required by law to invoice separately at check out. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposits and payments

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation is required with a minimum stay of 2 nights for the studios and 3 nights for the apartments.

We accept the following payment methods: cash payments, bank deposits, Paypal, Visa credit/debit cards, MasterCard. Upon arrival, please let us know if you require an invoice for your stay.

The deposit will be made within 2 days of your booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled without prior notice. No booking will be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

For credit/debit card transactions you authorize the use of that card for any amounts owed to us. We will have the right to require full payment in advance in certain circumstances.

Modification, cancellation and no-show policies

We ask our guests to inform us as soon as possible of possible changes or cancellations of their reservation.

Regular rates can be canceled up to 30 days before arrival without charge and any deposits will be fully refunded.
For cancellations or changes 7 days before the day of check-in, 100 of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of cancellation or modification after check-in or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
Very occasionally we may need to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will be given a full refund, but we will have no further liability to you arising from such cancellation. However, we will use reasonable endeavors to try to re-place any confirmed booking canceled by us at an alternative location of a similar standard to our accommodation.

Prepayment is charged either via bank deposit or to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We reserve the right to charge 100% of your booking for no-shows without prior notice.

Your reservation is for a room category in our accommodation and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a particular room or in the same room during your stay. If we need to move you to a different room during your booking for which a lower price is available than the price you have booked, we will refund you the price difference.

Check-in/Check-out

Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, guests can check-in at any time after 14:00. on the scheduled day of arrival. Early check in is only possible after consultation.

On the day of departure, we ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00. (unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). Late check-out after this time is possible, subject to availability and is charged as follows:

Check out until 18:00. – An additional half day charge will apply
Departure after 18:00. – A full day will be charged

Children

Children up to 4 years old stay free if they use their parents' bed. Cots and extra beds are available. However, these are limited and subject to availability, so make sure you ask for them when booking.

All children staying at the hotel must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Guest behavior

Guests are required to behave appropriately at all times and to comply with the property's procedures and/or requests regarding behavior and respect for the property, its employees and guests, and for their own health and safety . Guests are asked not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the property or cause offense to other guests or our staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or to remove you and members of your party from the accommodation if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that this provision has been breached. In this case it will have no obligation to reimburse you for loss of accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense

Damage

We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage caused to your room or accommodation during your stay or for any items missing upon departure.

Personal information

All personal information stored and used by us is in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.

Force majeure

The Company shall have no liability and shall pay no compensation if the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electricity, water or other utilities, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.

Limitation of Liability

Guests are responsible throughout their stay at the hotel for the safekeeping of their personal and/or valuables, money, etc. The property is not responsible for any loss, destruction or damage, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence. The property is not responsible for any loss or damage. The accommodation is exempt from any liability in case of loss or damage caused by the negligence of the customer or other persons residing with him or visiting him. Also, the property will not be liable for damage, destruction or loss due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or any other extraordinary nature.

Accuracy of Information

While all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the websites, brochures, leaflets and advertisements, the property accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions and reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any of settings presented without notice. Please note that in some cases, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of a particular room.
